iCal and CalDAV Support

HSTracker writes events into an iCal calendar called HSTracker. If one doesn't exists, HSTracker will create one when you create the first event.

If you are using CalDAV based service, create a calendar called HSTracker within your CalDAV account, if you already have a local HSTracker calendar you will have to delete it.
